Ephesians 4:28-30

28 The thief must no longer steal. Instead, he must do honest work with his own hands, so that he has something to share(A) with anyone in need. 29 No foul language is to come from your mouth, but only what is good for building up someone in need,[a] so that it gives grace to those who hear. 30 And don’t grieve God’s Holy Spirit.(B) You were sealed by Him[b] for the day of redemption.(C)

New International Version
28 Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work,(A) doing something useful with their own hands,(B) that they may have something to share with those in need.(C)
29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths,(D) but only what is helpful for building others up(E) according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God,(F) with whom you were sealed(G) for the day of redemption.(H)
