Ephesians 4:28-30

28 The one who steals must steal no longer, but instead must labor, working with his own hands what is good, so that he may have something to share with the one who has need. 29 No rotten word must proceed[a] from your mouth, but only something good for the building up of the need, in order that it may give grace to those who hear, 30 and do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

28 Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work,(A) doing something useful with their own hands,(B) that they may have something to share with those in need.(C)
29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths,(D) but only what is helpful for building others up(E) according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God,(F) with whom you were sealed(G) for the day of redemption.(H)
