Ephesians 4:28-30
New Matthew Bible
28 Let him who stole steal no more, but let him rather do good work with his hands, so that he may have something to give to him who has need.
29 Let no unwholesome talk proceed out of your mouths, but that which is good to edify when needful, so that it may find favour with the hearers. 30 And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you are sealed for the day of redemption.

28 Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work,(A) doing something useful with their own hands,(B) that they may have something to share with those in need.(C)
29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths,(D) but only what is helpful for building others up(E) according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God,(F) with whom you were sealed(G) for the day of redemption.(H)
