30 (A)Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, [a]by whom you were (B)sealed for the day of redemption. 31 (C)All bitterness, wrath, anger, [b]clamor, and slander must be (D)removed from you, along with all (E)malice. 32 (F)Be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving each other, (G)just as God in Christ also has forgiven [c]you.
Be Imitators of God
5 (H)Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children; 2 and (I)walk in love, just as Christ also (J)loved [d]you and (K)gave Himself up for us, an (L)offering and a sacrifice to God [e]as a (M)fragrant aroma.

30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God,(A) with whom you were sealed(B) for the day of redemption.(C) 31 Get rid of(D) all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.(E) 32 Be kind and compassionate to one another,(F) forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.(G) 5 1 Follow God’s example,(H) therefore, as dearly loved children(I) 2 and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us(J) and gave himself up for us(K) as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.(L)
