³¹^(A)All bitterness, wrath, anger, ^[a]clamor, and slander must be ^(B)removed from you, along with all ^(C)malice.

³¹Get rid of^(A) all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.^(B)

⁸But now you also, ^(A)rid yourselves of all of them: ^(B)anger, wrath, malice, slander, and ^(C)obscene speech from your mouth.

⁸But now you must also rid yourselves^(A) of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander,^(B) and filthy language from your lips.^(C)
