Ephesians 6:3-5

3 that it may be well with thee, and thou [a]mayest live long on the [b]earth. 4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but nurture them in the chastening and admonition of the Lord.
5 [c]Servants, be obedient unto them that according to the flesh are your [d]masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;

3 “so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.”[a](A)
4 Fathers,[b] do not exasperate your children;(B) instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.(C)
5 Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect(D) and fear, and with sincerity of heart,(E) just as you would obey Christ.(F)
