Ephesians 6:7-9
Revised Standard Version
7 rendering service with a good will as to the Lord and not to men, 8 knowing that whatever good any one does, he will receive the same again from the Lord, whether he is a slave or free. 9 Masters, do the same to them, and forbear threatening, knowing that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and that there is no partiality with him.

7 Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people,(A) 8 because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do,(B) whether they are slave or free.
9 And masters, treat your slaves in the same way. Do not threaten them, since you know that he who is both their Master and yours(C) is in heaven, and there is no favoritism(D) with him.
