Esther 8:9

9 On the twenty-third day of the third month(A) (that is, the month Sivan),[a] the royal scribes were summoned. Everything was written exactly as Mordecai(B) ordered for the Jews, to the satraps,(C) the governors, and the officials of the 127 provinces from India[b] to Cush.(D) The edict was written for each province in its own script, for each ethnic group in its own language,(E) and to the Jews in their own script and language.

New International Version
9 At once the royal secretaries were summoned—on the twenty-third day of the third month, the month of Sivan. They wrote out all Mordecai’s orders to the Jews, and to the satraps, governors and nobles of the 127 provinces stretching from India to Cush.[a](A) These orders were written in the script of each province and the language of each people and also to the Jews in their own script and language.(B)
