9 Moses then went up with Aaron, Nadab, Abihu, and seventy elders of Israel, 10 and they beheld the God of Israel. Under his feet there appeared to be sapphire tilework, as clear as the sky itself. 11 Yet he did not lay a hand on these chosen Israelites. They saw God,[a] and they ate and drank.

New International Version
9 Moses and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and the seventy elders(A) of Israel went up 10 and saw(B) the God of Israel. Under his feet was something like a pavement made of lapis lazuli,(C) as bright blue as the sky.(D) 11 But God did not raise his hand against these leaders of the Israelites; they saw(E) God, and they ate and drank.(F)
