²⁶And when your children^(A) ask you, ‘What does this ceremony mean to you?’

²⁶And it shall come to pass, when your children shall say unto you, What mean ye by this service?

³⁰Posterity will serve him;
future generations will be told about the Lord^(A)

³⁰Posterity^(A) will serve him;
future generations^(B) will be told about the Lord.

³⁰A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.
