Exodus 12:47-49

47 (A)All the congregation of Israel are to [a]celebrate this. 48 But (B)if a [b]stranger sojourns with you, and [c]celebrates the Passover to the Lord, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near to [d]celebrate it; and he shall be like a native of the land. But no uncircumcised person may eat of it. 49 [e](C)The same law shall [f]apply to the native as to the [g]stranger who sojourns among you.”

New International Version
47 The whole community of Israel must celebrate it.
48 “A foreigner residing among you who wants to celebrate the Lord’s Passover must have all the males in his household circumcised; then he may take part like one born in the land.(A) No uncircumcised(B) male may eat it. 49 The same law applies both to the native-born and to the foreigner(C) residing among you.”
