New International Version

⁸That same night^(A) they are to eat the meat roasted^(B) over the fire, along with bitter herbs,^(C) and bread made without yeast.^(D)

⁹Don't eat the meat raw or boiled. The entire animal, including its head, legs, and insides, must be roasted.

⁹Do not eat the meat raw or boiled in water, but roast it over a fire—with the head, legs and internal organs.^(A)
