Exodus 18:11-13

11 Now I know that (A)Yahweh is greater than all the gods; [a]for (B)in this matter they acted presumptuously against [b]the people.” 12 (C)Then Jethro, Moses’ father-in-law, took a burnt offering and sacrifices for God, and Aaron came with all the elders of Israel to eat [c]a meal with Moses’ father-in-law before God.
13 Now it happened the next day that Moses sat to judge the people, and the people stood about Moses from the morning until the evening.

New International Version
11 Now I know that the Lord is greater than all other gods,(A) for he did this to those who had treated Israel arrogantly.”(B) 12 Then Jethro, Moses’ father-in-law,(C) brought a burnt offering(D) and other sacrifices(E) to God, and Aaron came with all the elders of Israel to eat a meal(F) with Moses’ father-in-law in the presence(G) of God.
13 The next day Moses took his seat to serve as judge for the people, and they stood around him from morning till evening.
