24 So Moses [a]obeyed the voice of his father-in-law, and did all that he had said:
25 And Moses chose men of courage out of all Israel, and made them heads over the people, rulers over thousands, rulers over hundreds, rulers over fifties, and rulers over tens.
26 And they judged the people at all seasons, but they brought the hard causes to Moses: for they judged all small matters themselves.

24 Moses listened to his father-in-law and did everything he said. 25 He chose capable men from all Israel and made them leaders(A) of the people, officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens.(B) 26 They served as judges(C) for the people at all times. The difficult cases(D) they brought to Moses, but the simple ones they decided themselves.(E)
