¹⁸ Now ^(A)Mount Sinai was completely in smoke, because the Lord descended upon ^(B)it in fire. ^(C)Its smoke ascended like the smoke of a furnace, and ^[a]the ^(D)whole mountain quaked greatly.

¹⁹ For ^(A)in My jealousy ^(B)and in the fire of My wrath I have spoken: ^(C)‘Surely in that day there shall be a great ^[a]earthquake in the land of Israel,

²⁶ whose voice then shook the earth; but now He has promised, saying, ^(A)“Yet once more I ^[a]shake not only the earth, but also heaven.”
