⁸ So ^(A)Moses took the blood and sprinkled it on the people, and said, “Behold ^(B)the blood of the covenant, which the Lord has ^[a]made with you ^[b]in accordance with all these words.”

³¹ “^(A)Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when I will make a ^(B)new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah,

²⁵ In the same way He took ^(A)the cup also after supper, saying, “This cup is the ^(B)new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.”

⁶ who also made us adequate as ^(A)servants of a ^(B)new covenant, not of ^(C)the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but ^(D)the Spirit gives life.

⁸ For finding fault with them, He says,

^13 [a]When He said, “^(A)A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete. ^(B)But whatever is becoming obsolete and growing old is ^[b]ready to disappear.

¹⁵ For this reason ^(A)He is the ^(B)mediator of a ^(C)new covenant, so that, since a death has taken place for the redemption of the transgressions that were committed under the first covenant, those who have been ^(D)called may ^(E)receive the promise of ^(F)the eternal inheritance.
