Exodus 27:7

⁷The poles are to be inserted into the rings so they will be on two sides of the altar when it is carried.^(A)

Exodus 27:7

New King James Version

⁷The poles shall be put in the rings, and the poles shall be on the two sides of the altar to bear it.

²⁰He took the tablets of the covenant law^(A) and placed them in the ark,^(B) attached the poles to the ark and put the atonement cover^(C) over it.

²⁰He took ^(A)the Testimony and put it into the ark, inserted the poles through the rings of the ark, and put the mercy seat on top of the ark.

¹⁵And the Levites carried the ark of God with the poles on their shoulders, as Moses had commanded^(A) in accordance with the word of the Lord.^(B)

¹⁵And the children of the Levites bore the ark of God on their shoulders, by its poles, as ^(A)Moses had commanded according to the word of the Lord.
