Exodus 30:25

New International Version

²⁵Make these into a sacred anointing oil, a fragrant blend, the work of a perfumer.^(A) It will be the sacred anointing oil.^(B)

²⁵And thou shalt make it an oil of holy ointment, an ointment compound after the art of the apothecary: it shall be an holy anointing oil.

³¹Say to the Israelites, ‘This is to be my sacred anointing oil^(A) for the generations to come.^(B)

³¹And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, This shall be an holy anointing oil unto me throughout your generations.

²²In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood,^(A) and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.^(B)

²²And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.
