The Promise of God’s Presence

¹² Then Moses said to the Lord, “See, ^(A)You say to me, ‘Bring up this people.’ But You have not let me know whom You will send with me. Yet You have said, ^(B)‘I know you by name, and you have also found grace in My sight.’

⁵ and he spoke to Korah and all his company, saying, “Tomorrow morning the Lord will show who is ^(A)His and who is ^(B)holy,^[a] and will cause him to come near to Him. That one whom He chooses He will cause to ^(C)come near to Him.

¹⁴ I am the good shepherd; and ^(A)I know My sheep, and ^(B)am known by My own.

³ But if anyone loves God, this one is known by Him.

⁹ But now ^(A)after you have known God, or rather are known by God, ^(B)how is it that you turn again to ^(C)the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire again to be in bondage?
