Exodus 34:2-4
Living Bible
2 Be ready in the morning to come up into Mount Sinai and present yourself to me on the top of the mountain. 3 No one shall come with you and no one must be anywhere on the mountain. Do not let the flocks or herds feed close to the mountain.”
4 So Moses took two tablets of stone like the first ones, and was up early and climbed Mount Sinai, as the Lord had told him to, taking the two stone tablets in his hands.

New International Version
2 Be ready in the morning, and then come up on Mount Sinai.(A) Present yourself to me there on top of the mountain. 3 No one is to come with you or be seen anywhere on the mountain;(B) not even the flocks and herds may graze in front of the mountain.”
4 So Moses chiseled(C) out two stone tablets like the first ones and went up Mount Sinai early in the morning, as the Lord had commanded him; and he carried the two stone tablets in his hands.(D)
