Making the Ark

37 ^(A)Bezalel made the ark of acacia wood. Two cubits^[a] and a half was its length, a cubit and a half its breadth, and a cubit and a half its height. ² And he overlaid it with pure gold inside and outside, and made a moulding of gold round it. ³ And he cast for it four rings of gold for its ^(B)four feet, two rings on its one side and two rings on its other side.

³ So I made an ark ^(A)of acacia wood, and ^(B)cut two tablets of stone like the first, and went up the mountain with the two tablets in my hand.

⁴ having the golden ^(A)altar of incense and ^(B)the ark of the covenant covered on all sides with gold, in which was ^(C)a golden urn holding the manna, and ^(D)Aaron's staff that budded, and ^(E)the tablets of the covenant.
