Exodus 39:29-31

29 and the sash of finely spun linen expertly embroidered with blue, purple, and scarlet yarn. They did just as the Lord had commanded Moses.
Making the Holy Diadem
30 They made a medallion, the holy diadem, out of pure gold and wrote on it an inscription like the engraving on a seal:(A) Holy to the Lord. 31 They attached a cord of blue yarn to it in order to mount it on the turban, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

New International Version
29 The sash was made of finely twisted linen and blue, purple and scarlet yarn—the work of an embroiderer—as the Lord commanded Moses.
30 They made the plate, the sacred emblem, out of pure gold and engraved on it, like an inscription on a seal: holy to the Lord.(A) 31 Then they fastened a blue cord to it to attach it to the turban,(B) as the Lord commanded Moses.
