Exodus 39:30-32
Revised Standard Version
30 And they made the plate of the holy crown of pure gold, and wrote upon it an inscription, like the engraving of a signet, “Holy to the Lord.” 31 And they tied to it a lace of blue, to fasten it on the turban above; as the Lord had commanded Moses.
The Work Completed
32 Thus all the work of the tabernacle of the tent of meeting was finished; and the people of Israel had done according to all that the Lord had commanded Moses; so had they done.

New International Version
30 They made the plate, the sacred emblem, out of pure gold and engraved on it, like an inscription on a seal: holy to the Lord.(A) 31 Then they fastened a blue cord to it to attach it to the turban,(B) as the Lord commanded Moses.
Moses Inspects the Tabernacle(C)
32 So all the work on the tabernacle, the tent of meeting, was completed. The Israelites did everything just as the Lord commanded Moses.(D)
