35 Moses could not go into the Tent of Meeting because of the cloud and the bright glory of the Lord.

36 The Israelites followed the cloud during all their journeys. Every time that the cloud rose up from the tabernacle, they would continue on their journey. 37 But if the cloud remained on the tabernacle, the Israelites did not travel. They stayed where they were until the day when the cloud rose up.

36 In all the travels of the Israelites, whenever the cloud lifted from above the tabernacle, they would set out;(C) 37 but if the cloud did not lift, they did not set out—until the day it lifted.

36 And when the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the children of Israel went onward in all their journeys:

37 But if the cloud were not taken up, then they journeyed not till the day that it was taken up.
