6 So Aaron ·held [extended] his hand over the waters of Egypt, and the frogs came up out of the water and covered the land of Egypt. 7 The ·magicians [sorcerers] used their ·tricks [magic arts] to do the same thing, so even more frogs came up onto the land of Egypt.
8 ·The king [L Pharaoh] called for Moses and Aaron and said, “·Pray to [Intreat; Intercede] the Lord to take the frogs away from me and my people. I will let your people go to offer sacrifices to the Lord.”

6 So Aaron stretched out his hand over the waters of Egypt, and the frogs(A) came up and covered the land. 7 But the magicians did the same things by their secret arts;(B) they also made frogs come up on the land of Egypt.
8 Pharaoh summoned Moses and Aaron and said, “Pray(C) to the Lord to take the frogs away from me and my people, and I will let your people go to offer sacrifices(D) to the Lord.”
