Exodus 9:14-16

¹⁴For I will at this time send all my plagues upon thine heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people; that thou mayest know that there is none like me in all the earth.

¹⁵For now I will stretch out my hand, that I may smite thee and thy people with pestilence; and thou shalt be cut off from the earth.

¹⁶And in very deed for this cause have I raised thee up, for to shew in thee my power; and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth.

¹⁴or this time I will send the full force of my plagues against you and against your officials and your people, so you may know^(A) that there is no one like^(B) me in all the earth. ¹⁵For by now I could have stretched out my hand and struck you and your people^(C) with a plague that would have wiped you off the earth. ¹⁶But I have raised you up^[a] for this very purpose,^(D) that I might show you my power^(E) and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth.
