¹⁴ Then the Lord said to Moses, “^(A)Write this in ^[a]a book as a memorial and ^[b]recite it to Joshua, ^[c]that ^(B)I will utterly wipe out the memory of Amalek from under heaven.”

²⁷ Then the Lord said to Moses, “^(A)Write ^[a]down these words, for in accordance with these words I have made ^(B)a covenant with you and with Israel.”

⁹ So Moses wrote this Law and gave it to the priests, the sons of Levi ^(A)who carried the ark of the covenant of the Lord, and to all the elders of Israel.
