¹⁸ Then burn the whole ram on the altar; it is a burnt offering to the Lord. It is a pleasing aroma,^(A) a food offering to the Lord.

⁹ The offerer is to wash its entrails^(A) and legs^(B) with water. Then the priest will burn all of it on the altar as a burnt offering, a food offering,^(C) a pleasing aroma^(D) to the Lord.

⁶ They are to be holy to their God and not profane the name of their God.^(A) For they present the food offerings to the Lord, the food of their God, and they must be holy.

¹⁰ Also present two quarts of wine as a drink offering. It is a food offering, a pleasing aroma to the Lord.

¹³ “Every Israelite is to prepare these things in this way when he presents a food offering as a pleasing aroma to the Lord. ¹⁴ When an alien resides with you or someone else is among you and wants to prepare a food offering as a pleasing aroma to the Lord, he is to do exactly as you do throughout your generations.

²⁵ The priest will then make atonement for the entire Israelite community so that they may be forgiven,^(A) for the sin was unintentional. They are to bring their offering, a food offering to the Lord, and their sin offering before the Lord for their unintentional sin.

¹⁷ “However, you must not redeem the firstborn of an ox, a sheep, or a goat; they are holy. You are to splatter their blood on the altar and burn their fat as a food offering for a pleasing aroma to the Lord.

² “Command the Israelites and say to them: Be sure to present to me at its appointed time my offering and my food^(A) as my food offering, a pleasing aroma to me.^(B)

Provisions for the Levites

18 “The Levitical priests, the whole tribe of Levi, will have no portion or inheritance with Israel. They will eat the Lord’s food offerings; that is their^[a][b] inheritance.
