^22 [a]What if God, although willing to demonstrate His wrath and to make His power known, endured with great ^(A)patience objects of wrath ^(B)prepared for destruction?

¹⁶ Yet for this reason I ^(A)found mercy, so that in me as the foremost sinner Jesus Christ might ^(B)demonstrate His perfect patience as an example for those ^[a]who would believe in Him for eternal life.

^9 (A)The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but ^(B)is patient toward you, ^(C)not willing for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance.
