¹³ However, Pharaoh’s heart hardened,^(A) and he did not listen to them, as the Lord had said.

¹² But the Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart^(A) and he did not listen to them, as the Lord had told Moses.

¹⁸ So then, He shows mercy to those He wants to, and He hardens those He wants to harden.^(A)
