⁸ Then Pharaoh called Moses and Aaron and said, ^(A)“Plead with the Lord to take away the frogs from me and from my people, and ^(B)I will let the people go to sacrifice to the Lord.”

^28 (A)Plead with the Lord, for there has been enough of God's thunder and hail. I will let you go, and you shall stay no longer.”

¹⁷ Now therefore, forgive my sin, please, only this once, and ^(A)plead with the Lord your God only to remove this death from me.”

^7 (A)And the people came to Moses and said, “We have sinned, for we have spoken against the Lord and against you. ^(B)Pray to the Lord, that he take away the serpents from us.” So Moses prayed for the people.

²⁴ And Simon answered, ^(A)“Pray for me to the Lord, that nothing of what you have said may come upon me.”
