Ezekiel 20:8
New English Translation
8 But they rebelled against me and refused to listen to me; no one got rid of their detestable idols,[a] nor did they abandon the idols of Egypt. Then I decided to pour out[b] my rage on them and fully vent my anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.

8 “‘But they rebelled against me and would not listen to me;(A) they did not get rid of the vile images they had set their eyes on, nor did they forsake the idols of Egypt.(B) So I said I would pour out my wrath on them and spend my anger against them in Egypt.(C)
