Ezekiel 1:15-17

15 And I saw the living creatures, and look! A wheel was on the earth[a] beside each of the living creatures that had four faces.[b] 16 The appearance of the wheels and their construction was like the appearance of beryl,[c] and they all looked alike,[d] and their appearance and their construction was like a wheel within a wheel.[e] 17 When they moved, they went toward their four sides; they did not veer at all as they went.[f]

New International Version
15 As I looked at the living creatures,(A) I saw a wheel(B) on the ground beside each creature with its four faces. 16 This was the appearance and structure of the wheels: They sparkled like topaz,(C) and all four looked alike. Each appeared to be made like a wheel intersecting a wheel. 17 As they moved, they would go in any one of the four directions the creatures faced; the wheels did not change direction(D) as the creatures went.
