27 And I saw something like the outward appearance of amber, something like the appearance of fire, with a covering around it, from the likeness of his loins and upward.[a] And from the likeness of his loins and downward[b] I saw something like the appearance of fire, and it was radiant all around.[c] 28 Like the appearance[d] of a bow that is in the cloud on a rainy day,[e] such was the radiance[f] around it; thus was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of Yahweh. 27 I saw that from what appeared to be his waist up he looked like glowing metal, as if full of fire, and that from there down he looked like fire; and brilliant light surrounded him.(A) 28 Like the appearance of a rainbow(B) in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the radiance around him.(C)

This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory(D) of the Lord. When I saw it, I fell facedown,(E) and I heard the voice of one speaking.
