8 I will set my face against them; I will make them a sign and a byword and cut them off from the midst of my people; and you shall know that I am the Lord.
9 If a prophet is deceived and speaks a word, I, the Lord, have deceived that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand against him, and will destroy him from the midst of my people Israel. 10 And they shall bear their punishment—the punishment of the inquirer and the punishment of the prophet shall be the same—

New International Version
8 I will set my face against(A) them and make them an example(B) and a byword.(C) I will remove them from my people. Then you will know that I am the Lord.(D)
9 “‘And if the prophet(E) is enticed(F) to utter a prophecy, I the Lord have enticed that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand against him and destroy him from among my people Israel.(G) 10 They will bear their guilt—the prophet will be as guilty as the one who consults him.
