15 “But you trusted in your beauty. Because your name was well-known, you acted like a woman who sells the use of her body. 15 “‘But you trusted in your beauty and used your fame to become a prostitute. You lavished your favors on anyone who passed by(D) and your beauty became his.(E) 16 You took some of your garments to make gaudy high places,(F) where you carried on your prostitution.(G) You went to him, and he possessed your beauty.[a]
