2 “Son of man, set your face toward Jerusalem and preach against the sanctuaries; prophesy against the land of Israel 3 and say to the land of Israel, Thus says the Lord: Behold, I am against you, and will draw forth my sword out of its sheath, and will cut off from you both righteous and wicked. 4 Because I will cut off from you both righteous and wicked, therefore my sword shall go out of its sheath against all flesh from south to north;

2 “Son of man, set your face against(A) Jerusalem and preach against the sanctuary.(B) Prophesy against(C) the land of Israel 3 and say to her: ‘This is what the Lord says: I am against you.(D) I will draw my sword(E) from its sheath and cut off from you both the righteous and the wicked.(F) 4 Because I am going to cut off the righteous and the wicked, my sword(G) will be unsheathed against everyone from south to north.(H)
