Ezekiel 21:21-23

21 For the king of Babylon stands at the parting of the way, at the head of the two ways, to use divination: He shakes the arrows, he consults the images, he looks in the liver. 22 At his right hand was the divination for Jerusalem: to appoint battering rams, to open the mouth for the slaughter, to lift up the voice with a battle shout, to appoint battering rams against the gates, to cast up a ramp, and to build a siege tower. 23 It shall be to them as a false divination in their sight, to those who have sworn oaths. But he will call to remembrance the iniquity, that they may be seized.

New International Version
21 For the king of Babylon will stop at the fork in the road, at the junction of the two roads, to seek an omen: He will cast lots(A) with arrows, he will consult his idols,(B) he will examine the liver.(C) 22 Into his right hand will come the lot for Jerusalem, where he is to set up battering rams, to give the command to slaughter, to sound the battle cry,(D) to set battering rams against the gates, to build a ramp(E) and to erect siege works.(F) 23 It will seem like a false omen to those who have sworn allegiance to him, but he will remind(G) them of their guilt(H) and take them captive.
