Ezekiel 21:21-23

21 For the king of Babylon stands at the parting of the way, at the fork in the two roads, to use divination; he shakes the arrows, he consults the teraphim,[a] he inspects the liver. 22 Into his right hand comes the lot for Jerusalem, to set battering-rams, to call out for slaughter, for raising the battle cry, to set battering-rams against the gates, to cast up ramps, to build siege-towers. 23 But to them it will seem like a false divination; they have sworn solemn oaths; but he brings their guilt to remembrance, bringing about their capture.

21 For the king of Babylon will stop at the fork in the road, at the junction of the two roads, to seek an omen: He will cast lots(A) with arrows, he will consult his idols,(B) he will examine the liver.(C) 22 Into his right hand will come the lot for Jerusalem, where he is to set up battering rams, to give the command to slaughter, to sound the battle cry,(D) to set battering rams against the gates, to build a ramp(E) and to erect siege works.(F) 23 It will seem like a false omen to those who have sworn allegiance to him, but he will remind(G) them of their guilt(H) and take them captive.
