5 Thus all flesh will know that I, the Lord, have drawn My sword out of its sheath. It will (A)not return to its sheath again.”’ 6 As for you, son of man, groan with breaking [a]heart and bitter grief, groan in their sight. 7 And when they say to you, ‘Why do you groan?’ you shall say, ‘Because of the (B)news that is coming; and (C)every heart will melt, all hands will be feeble, every spirit will [b]faint and all knees will [c]be weak as water. Behold, it comes and it will happen,’ declares the Lord [d]God.”

5 Then all people will know that I the Lord have drawn my sword(A) from its sheath; it will not return(B) again.’(C)
6 “Therefore groan, son of man! Groan before them with broken heart and bitter grief.(D) 7 And when they ask you, ‘Why are you groaning?(E)’ you shall say, ‘Because of the news that is coming. Every heart will melt with fear(F) and every hand go limp;(G) every spirit will become faint(H) and every leg will be wet with urine.’(I) It is coming! It will surely take place, declares the Sovereign Lord.”
