6 As for you, son of man, groan with breaking heart and bitter grief, groan in their sight. 7 And when they say to you, ‘Why do you sigh and groan?’ you shall answer, ‘Because of the news that is coming; and every heart will melt and all hands will be frail, and every spirit will faint and all knees will be weak as water. Behold, it comes and it will happen,’ says the Lord God.”
8 Again the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

6 “Therefore groan, son of man! Groan before them with broken heart and bitter grief.(A) 7 And when they ask you, ‘Why are you groaning?(B)’ you shall say, ‘Because of the news that is coming. Every heart will melt with fear(C) and every hand go limp;(D) every spirit will become faint(E) and every leg will be wet with urine.’(F) It is coming! It will surely take place, declares the Sovereign Lord.”
