5 And I will make Rabbah as a pasture of camels and the Ammonites[a] as a haunt of flocks, and they will know that I am Yahweh.”’” 6 For thus says the Lord Yahweh: “Because of clapping your hand and stamping with your foot, and because you rejoiced in[b] yourself with all of your malice over the land of Israel, 7 therefore look! I stretched out my hand against you, and I will give you as plunder[c] to the nations, and I will cut you off from the peoples, and I will destroy you from the countries, and I will wipe you out, and you will know that I am Yahweh.”

New International Version
5 I will turn Rabbah(A) into a pasture for camels and Ammon into a resting place for sheep.(B) Then you will know that I am the Lord. 6 For this is what the Sovereign Lord says: Because you have clapped your hands(C) and stamped your feet, rejoicing with all the malice of your heart against the land of Israel,(D) 7 therefore I will stretch out my hand(E) against you and give you as plunder(F) to the nations. I will wipe you out from among the nations and exterminate you from the countries. I will destroy(G) you, and you will know that I am the Lord.(H)’”
