Ezekiel 34:21-23

21 For these shepherds push and butt and crowd my sick and hungry flock until they’re scattered far away. 22 So I myself will save my flock; no more will they be picked on and destroyed. And I will notice which is plump and which is thin, and why!
23 “And I will set one Shepherd over all my people, even my Servant David. He shall feed them and be a Shepherd to them.

21 Because you shove with flank and shoulder, butting all the weak sheep with your horns(A) until you have driven them away, 22 I will save my flock, and they will no longer be plundered. I will judge between one sheep and another.(B) 23 I will place over them one shepherd, my servant David, and he will tend(C) them; he will tend them and be their shepherd.(D)
