Complete Jewish Bible
3 You eat the choice meat, you clothe yourselves with the wool, and you slaughter the best of the herd; but you don’t feed the sheep! 4 You don’t strengthen the weak, heal the sick, bandage the broken, bring back the outcasts or seek the lost; on the contrary, you tyrannize them with crushing force. 5 So they were scattered, without a shepherd, and became food for every wild animal — they were scattered.

New International Version
3 You eat the curds, clothe yourselves with the wool and slaughter the choice animals, but you do not take care of the flock.(A) 4 You have not strengthened the weak or healed(B) the sick or bound up(C) the injured. You have not brought back the strays or searched for the lost. You have ruled them harshly and brutally.(D) 5 So they were scattered because there was no shepherd,(E) and when they were scattered they became food for all the wild animals.(F)
