Ezekiel 36:20-22

20 But among the nations where they went, they continued to bring shame to my holy name. People said, “These are the Lord's people, but they had to leave the land that he gave to them.” 21 I wanted them to give honour to my holy name. Instead, Israel's people brought me shame among the nations where they went.
22 So you must say to Israel's people, “This is what the Almighty Lord says: I will help you, Israel's people. But it is not because you deserve it. I will do it so that people give honour to my holy name. You brought me shame among the nations where you went.

New International Version
20 And wherever they went among the nations they profaned(A) my holy name, for it was said of them, ‘These are the Lord’s people, and yet they had to leave his land.’(B) 21 I had concern for my holy name, which the people of Israel profaned among the nations where they had gone.(C)
22 “Therefore say to the Israelites, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: It is not for your sake, people of Israel, that I am going to do these things, but for the sake of my holy name,(D) which you have profaned(E) among the nations where you have gone.(F)
