Ezekiel 37:7-9
Lexham English Bible
7 And I prophesied just as[a] I had been commanded, and there was a sound at my prophesying, and look! A rattling, and they came together—the bones! Bone to its bone! 8 And I looked, and indeed, sinews were on them, and flesh went up,[b] and skin covered over[c] them upward,[d] but breath was not in them. 9 And he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man,[e] and you must say to the breath, ‘Thus says the Lord Yahweh from the four winds,[f] “Come, O spirit and breath, on these dead ones, so that they may live!”’”

Ezekiel 37:7-9
New International Version
7 So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone. 8 I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there was no breath in them.
9 Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath;(A) prophesy, son of man, and say to it, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Come, breath, from the four winds(B) and breathe into these slain, that they may live.’”
