The Wall and Outer Gates

Now there was a wall surrounding the outside of the temple.(A) The measuring rod in the man’s hand was six units of twenty-one inches;[a] each unit was the standard length plus three inches.[b] He measured the thickness of the wall structure; it was 10½ feet,[c] and its height was the same.

The East Gate to the Outer Court

I saw a wall completely surrounding the temple area. The length of the measuring rod in the man’s hand was six long cubits,[a] each of which was a cubit and a handbreadth. He measured(A) the wall; it was one measuring rod thick and one rod high.
