11 Yet they shall be (A)ministers in My sanctuary, having (B)oversight at the gates of the house and (C)ministering in the house; they shall (D)slaughter the burnt offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall (E)stand before them to minister to them. 12 Because they ministered to them (F)before their idols and became a (G)stumbling block of iniquity to the house of Israel, therefore I have [a](H)sworn against them,” declares Lord Yahweh, “that they shall (I)bear the punishment for their iniquity. 13 And they shall (J)not approach Me to minister as a priest to Me, nor approach any of My holy things, to the things that are most holy; but they will (K)bear their dishonor and their abominations which they have done.

12 Because they ministered unto them before their idols, and caused the house of Israel to fall into iniquity; therefore have I lifted up mine hand against them, saith the Lord God, and they shall bear their iniquity.

13 And they shall not come near unto me, to do the office of a priest unto me, nor to come near to any of my holy things, in the most holy place: but they shall bear their shame, and their abominations which they have committed.
