14 Yet I will make them responsible for the duties of the temple(A)—for all its work and everything done in it.
The Priests’ Duties and Privileges
15 “But the Levitical priests descended from Zadok,(B) who kept charge of My sanctuary when the Israelites went astray from Me, will approach Me to serve Me. They will stand before Me to offer Me fat and blood.” This is the declaration of the Lord God. 16 “They are the ones who may enter My sanctuary(C) and draw near to My table to serve Me.(D) They will keep My mandate.

14 And I will appoint them to guard the temple for all the work that is to be done in it.(A)
15 “‘But the Levitical priests, who are descendants of Zadok(B) and who guarded my sanctuary when the Israelites went astray from me, are to come near to minister before me; they are to stand before me to offer sacrifices of fat(C) and blood, declares the Sovereign Lord.(D) 16 They alone are to enter my sanctuary; they alone are to come near my table(E) to minister before me and serve me as guards.(F)
