17 But this shall be the obligation of the prince regarding the burnt-offerings, grain-offerings, and drink-offerings at the festivals, the new moons, and the sabbaths, all the appointed festivals of the house of Israel: he shall provide the sin-offerings, grain-offerings, the burnt-offerings, and the offerings of well-being, to make atonement for the house of Israel.

18 Thus says the Lord God: In the first month, on the first day of the month, you shall take a young bull without blemish, and purify the sanctuary. 19 The priest shall take some of the blood of the sin-offering and put it on the doorposts of the temple, the four corners of the ledge of the altar, and the posts of the gate of the inner court.

17 It will be the duty of the prince to provide the burnt offerings, grain offerings and drink offerings at the festivals, the New Moons(A) and the Sabbaths(B)—at all the appointed festivals of Israel. He will provide the sin offerings,[a] grain offerings, burnt offerings and fellowship offerings to make atonement for the Israelites.(C)
18 “‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: In the first month(D) on the first day you are to take a young bull without defect(E) and purify the sanctuary.(F) 19 The priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering and put it on the doorposts of the temple, on the four corners of the upper ledge(G) of the altar(H) and on the gateposts of the inner court.
